Debbie works with blended learning students every week. She knows exactly what the AHA skills check requires, and she helps you complete it the right way without confusion or unnecessary delays.

Debbie is a registered nurse and instructor who teaches the way she always wished she had been taught. She approaches every class by imagining herself on the other side of the table and shaping the training to fit the person in front of her.

She became an instructor after realizing that much of the training she experienced didn’t match real-life situations. For Debbie, effective training has to meet people where they are and prepare them for what actually happens—not just what’s written in a book.

She believes learning is personal and uses visual, auditory, and hands-on practice so skills truly stick. CPR isn’t something you can afford to get wrong, so practice continues until it’s understood, confident, and second nature.

Her goal is simple: every participant leaves prepared, capable, and ready to save a life.
